The program serves men at the Freeport facility and women at the Clute facility. The goal is stabilisation as quickly as possible, followed by transition into appropriate longer-term care.

Step 01 - Immediate Medical and Psychiatric Assessment
On arrival, the patient is assessed medically and psychiatrically without delay.
