INTENSIVE RESIDENTIAL PROGRAM with Court Commitment Services

Brazos Place has a 14-35 day Intensive Residential treatment program.  The length of stay depends on the needs of the client and approval from OSAR.  Brazos Place is an approved TC (Therapeutic Community) facility.

 

ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAM

 

The Outpatient Program provides a minimum of 3 hours of face-to-face therapeutic contact a week.

Goals: 

The basic goal for our clients is to reduce the risk of harm from continued use of substances.  The greatest degree of harm reduction would obviously result from abstinence.  However, the specific goal for each individual client is determined by his/her consumption pattern, the consequences of his/her use, and the setting in which the intervention is delivered.  Focusing on intermediate goals allows for more immediate successes in the intervention and treatment process.
